Pau D'Arco (Tabebuia impetiginosa) is the bark from a huge canopy tree native to the Amazon rainforest and other tropical parts of South and Latin America. It has been used to treat a wide range of conditions in humans, including pain, arthritis inflammation of the prostate gland (prostatitis), fever, dysentery, boils and ulcers, and various cancers.
