Choline

Choline is essential for building and maintaining cell structure throughout the body and for the formation of acetylcholine, the compound responsible for transmission of nerve impulses. Choline is a molecule that is also referred to as Trimethylethanolamine or Choline Bitartrate. It is used for cognitive improvement properties, liver health, and reduction of fatty liver buildup. Choline is converted into acetylcholine (ACh) via the enzyme choline acetyltransferase (ChAT).
